Current status
Veila does not currently sell or ship physical goods. “Objects with Intention” are displayed only for preview and waitlist registration. We do not accept payment for these items and do not promise a launch or delivery date.
A product image, description, displayed price, saved selection, cart state, or waitlist action is not an order, reservation, offer for sale, or guarantee of future availability.
What the waitlist does
If you join the object waitlist, Veila records that preference with your account so we can notify the account email if purchasing opens. Joining is free. It does not reserve inventory, fix a price, set a launch date, or create an obligation to buy.
Veila does not collect a shipping address or charge a payment method when you join the waitlist. Waitlist information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Shipping and returns do not yet apply
Because no physical order can currently be placed, there are no active shipping destinations, carrier choices, delivery estimates, customs terms, return windows, exchanges, restocking fees, or damaged-package procedures.
Digital readings, reports, credits, and future subscriptions are not shipped. Questions about a digital charge or failed digital delivery are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Before physical sales open
Before accepting payment for a physical item, Veila will publish the available countries, shipping charges, expected processing and delivery ranges, address rules, tax or customs treatment, cancellation rights, and return and exchange process. Those terms will be shown before checkout.
This page will be updated before physical-goods checkout is enabled. Until then, please treat every object listing as Coming soon.
